Located in the Ashdown Forest East Sussex, Ashdown Gallery is proud to exhibit the works of acclaimed, established and new up-and-coming artists, both local and International.

The gallery provides a wide selection of styles and media, from modern abstract to textiles and traditional landscapes, sculptures, ceramics and more. 

We are proud to offer a selection of artwork of a standard not often seen outside London.

The Gallery also holds a unique collection of British & European hand-made jewellery as well as a stylish handmade Gifts section.

Since our opening in 2010 we have organised many Art workshops with established professionals who  teach to high standards such as Silk Screen Printing, Hat making, watercolor sessions, Print making, Drawing, Jewellery making etc.

We thus seek to promote the visual arts and widen the understanding and importance of Art to all aspects of the community: children, youths and adults. Our Art school is now thriving and we are looking into expanding outside the gallery.
